A total of 264 members of parliament voted during Thursday's plenary session to dismiss the previous Cabinet and appoint members of the new government. The appointments were voted on as a package, with the exception of the defense minister and foreign minister, whose nominations are submitted by the president.

The new Minister for Veterans Affairs is Vitalii Kim, head of the Mykolaiv Oblast Military Administration.

The newly reorganized Ministry of Economy and Environment will be headed by Oleksandr Kravchenko, head of McKinsey & Company's Ukrainian office, while the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food will be led by Taras Vysotskyi, the current Deputy Minister of Economy.

As a result, the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture will be split into two separate ministries.

Meanwhile, MP Vitalii Bezgin (Servant of the People faction) will head the Ministry for Communities, Territories, and Internally Displaced Persons, while Mykola Kalashnyk, head of the Kyiv Oblast State Administration, will lead the Ministry of Recovery, Infrastructure, and Transport.
