The head of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, Olegh Synehubov, reported that a civilian man had died in the Kharkiv district.
"At 12:47 p.m., the occupiers struck the Kharkiv district between settlements. As a result of the strike, a civilian man, who was operating a tractor at the time of the attack, was killed. Details are being clarified", - Synehubov wrote.
Since 13:40 p.m., air raid sirens have been sounding again in Kharkiv.
Earlier, it was reported that Kharkiv rescuer Volodymyr Lohinov broke down at the scene where just minutes before, russians killed his 52-year-old father and colleague.
