Russian occupying forces will not be able to capture Chasiv Yar in the Donetsk oblast before the sacred date of May 9th. The invaders have already thrown all their resources into this direction. This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing Oleh Kalashnikov, the officer of the press service of the 26th Artillery Brigade named after Roman Dashkevych, during a national Ukrainian TV news marathon broadcast.
"They can't leap higher than they can. That is, they have already fully deployed all their resources in our direction, throwing everything they can to find our weakness and crush our defense", - said Kalashnikov.
The spokesperson expressed confidence that the russians would not be able to capture the city of Chasiv Yar before their sacred date of May 9th.
"They won't be able to do anything more; until the next sacred date, they won't succeed at all, and they (the russians) will have to come up with a new date and postpone deadlines again so that their electorate expects something", - said the representative of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
As reported, if Chasiv Yar falls, Druzhkivka and Kostiantynivka will be under enemy fire control.
