Russia and Ukraine will resume negotiations mediated by the U.S. on November 10–11 in Abu Dhabi after a break of nearly nine months. The russian delegation will be headed by putin's aide Vladimir Medinsky, “The Insider” Telegram channel reported on November 3.

The U.S. delegation is expected to include Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner. The composition of the Ukrainian delegation has not yet been announced. The meeting will take place at the working group level.

It is noted that Europeans have not been invited to the negotiating table. Zelensky had previously insisted on their participation, but moscow opposes expanding the format. Putin's aide Yuri Ushakov said that Europeans could fly to Abu Dhabi "if they buy tickets", but no one intends to invite them to the negotiations.

The official Telegram channels of the U.S. embassies in Ukraine and russia reported on November 3 that "the United States will serve as a mediator in working-level negotiations between Ukraine and russia, which will take place on November 10–11 in Abu Dhabi".

"This will be another step in implementing President Trump's mission to end the war. Discussions will focus on post-war security arrangements, de-escalation, humanitarian efforts, and further steps towards peace", - the embassies said.

It was also reported that "this week, U.S. negotiators will meet in Brussels with representatives of France, Germany, the United Kingdom, the EU, and NATO to discuss security guarantees for Ukraine, Europe's post-war security architecture, and economic opportunities to support Ukraine's recovery".

"We look forward to building on the progress achieved in Kyiv, Oslo, and St. Petersburg and moving towards concluding a comprehensive and lasting peace agreement that will ensure long-term security for future generations", - the U.S. embassies in Ukraine and russia emphasized.
