"From September 1, a federal educational program for drone operation training will be launched in schools and colleges in 30 regions controlled by the russian federation. A total of 17,000 UAVs will be purchased. Our insiders report that, due to Pushilin's personal intervention, the only occupied region participating in the program will be the Donetsk oblast (occupied territories), with priority given to Mariupol.
