In the northern part of Vovchansk, russian invaders are capturing and shooting local residents. This was reported on Telegram by the Minister of Internal Affairs, Ihor Klymenko.
"In the northern part of Vovchansk, where active combat operations are taking place, russian military personnel are capturing civilians. Up until today, evacuation efforts have also been ongoing in that area - the National Police of Ukraine have continued to evacuate people despite all threats and while under fire. As of now, according to operational information, russian military personnel, who were attempting to establish a foothold in the city, were not allowing local residents to evacuate: people were being abducted and driven into basements. There are reports of the first shootings of civilian russian military personnel. In particular, one of the residents of Vovchansk attempted to flee on foot, refused to obey the commands of the invaders - the russians killed him", - Klymenko wrote.
