The police and the Security Service of Ukraine have opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
With the assistance of the police, an additional 400 people, including 13 children, were evacuated. Since the start of mandatory evacuation, a total of 154,834 people have been evacuated, including 18,272 children and 6,419 people with disabilities.
