Russian President Vladimir Putin should publicly say that Russia is not preparing a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. President Volodymyr Zelensky said this at a press conference in Kyiv today, - correspondent of OstroV reports.
"It seems to me that the President of the Russian Federation should also publicly say that "we do not plan… that Russia is not preparing a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. It seems to me that it would be important now", - he stated.
Zelensky also noted that he was ready to discuss this issue with his Russian counterpart by phone.
"If you don't want to meet, let's talk on the phone, let's say it publicly that the Russian Federation is not preparing a full-scale invasion of Ukraine", - the head of state said.
