Occupation authorities of the "DNR" confirmed that they intend to open the Olenivka checkpoint on July 7, while limiting the number of citizens to enter/exit as much as possible. This was said in the message of a certain "Interagency Operational Headquarters" to combat COVID-19. It notes that on July 7, 2020, the Olenivka checkpoint will pass citizens to enter the occupied territory only with the permission of this headquarters. That is, according to the lists. All arrivals will be sent for compulsory observation "lasting at least 14 days". As for those who want to leave CADO, the occupiers will pass only those who are registered in the free territory of Ukraine. Thus, residents of the uncontrolled areas of Donetsk oblast are still not allowed to travel abroad. The occupation authorities report that the Olenivka checkpoint will be open only one day – on July 7. "Operation for entry and exit on other days will be announced later", - the headquarters reported.
Occupation authorities of the "DNR" position separatist clone of the Donetsk National University, illegally carrying out educational activities, as one of the best universities in Ukraine. This is evidenced by information for applicants posted on the DonNU website. "Since 2011, the DonNU has been included in the ranking of TOP-700 of the best universities in the world (QS World University Ranking) according to the British consulting company QS (getting into TOP-700 means getting into 4% of elite universities of the world)", - the "DNR" occupation authorities praise without specifying that the rating belonged to the Ukrainian university located in Donetsk until 2014, and after the Russian occupation, it belongs to the DonNU, which was forced to move to Vinnytsia. The creation of an illegal double of the well-known university allows the "DNR" authorities to speculate in its achievements, both before the occupation and after. At the same time, the occupiers have to indirectly admit that the DonNU is a Ukrainian university.
The so-called "DNR" "police" announced the detention of Ukrainian patriot Hryhoriy Sinchenko, who escaped from prison in the occupied territory on May 21. This was reported by the fake "Ministry of Internal Affairs of the DNR". The occupiers accuse 29-year-old Hryhoriy Sinchenko of a series of "sabotage". The first time Sinchenko was detained "on suspicion", allegedly, in undermining concession stands and power lines in 2016. According to the militants, he made explosive devices and carried out explosions to extort money from entrepreneurs. He was included in the exchange lists after his arrest and in December 2017, Sinchenko, together with 74 captives, returned to the territory under the control of Ukraine. He later returned to occupied Donetsk and, according to the occupiers, "was hiding in the forest belts". The occupiers claim that Sinchenko carried out and planned a series of explosions after returning. In particular, he is accused of having planted an "improvised explosive device", as a result of which "the abutment of railway bridge in the Proletarskyi district of Donetsk was damaged", as well as of preparing "attempts to kill" the "police" officers. The "police" do not specify how a person hiding in the "forest belt" could perform all these actions.
