“We received feedback that, as we understood from the briefing, russia supports a trilateral meeting at the level of our teams. The American side is proposing that it be held as soon as possible. We support this”, - the Telegram channel “BBC News” quoted Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky as saying.

Speaking to journalists aboard a plane, he said that a new trilateral meeting between Ukraine, russia and the U.S. at the “technical” level, which American representatives had proposed holding in recent days, needed to be organized as soon as possible.

Zelensky added that he did not yet know the dates for the new meeting of delegations, but believed it should take place no later than early November.

It was previously reported that russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov said after a meeting with Witkoff that the kremlin was ready to resume trilateral talks in mid-November. According to him, the meeting could take place in Abu Dhabi.
