“During August 16, the police recorded 1,336 strikes on the frontline and residential areas. Nine settlements came under fire: the cities of Druzhkivka, Kramatorsk, Mykolaivka, Sloviansk, the settlements of Raihorodok and Donetske, and the villages of Ivanivka, Maiaky, and Starovarvarivka”, - the Donetsk oblast police reported.
As noted, 47 civilian facilities were damaged, including 28 residential buildings.
In Kramatorsk, two people were killed and another 11 were injured. The russian army attacked the city with 7 drones of various types. Three private houses, a non-residential building, an express delivery branch, an educational institution, and 2 civilian vehicles were damaged.
The enemy attacked Sloviansk 5 times. Nineteen private houses, an infrastructure facility, 4 cars, and a truck were damaged.
As a result of FPV drone strikes, two civilians each were injured in Druzhkivka, Mykolaivka, and Raihorodok.
The enemy attacked Starovarvarivka with drones — one person was injured, and a private house and 2 cars were damaged.
As a result of russian attacks, private houses were destroyed in Ivanivka, Donetske, and Maiaky.
