“On June 8, police recorded 1,309 attacks along the front line and against residential areas of the region”, - the Donetsk oblast police reported on June 9.
Eleven settlements came under fire: the cities of Bilozerske, Druzhkivka, Kramatorsk, and Sloviansk; the settlements of Novodonetske, Oleksiive-Druzhkivka, and Shabelkivka; and the villages of Iverske, Levadne, Ocheretyne, and Persha Petrivka.
A total of 53 civilian objects were damaged, including 33 residential buildings.
Russian forces struck Druzhkivka with three FPV drones and artillery — one civilian was killed, and an apartment building was damaged.
One person was killed in Bilozerske as a result of an FPV drone strike.
The enemy launched three KAB-250 guided aerial bombs and a Molniya-2 UAV at Sloviansk. Nine civilians were wounded, including a 17-year-old girl. Twelve apartment buildings and four private homes, an administrative building, a sports school, and seven civilian vehicles were damaged.
Two people were wounded in Shabelkivka, where a drone hit a private house.
As a result of drone attacks, a garage was damaged in Kramatorsk; an educational institution in Novodonetske; a café and an infrastructure facility in Iverske; a non-residential building in Levadne; and 14 private homes in Persha Petrivka.
In addition, today at around 5:25 a.m., russia dropped three FAB-250 aerial bombs equipped with guidance kits on Sloviansk. The strike hit a residential area on the outskirts of the city. One house was completely destroyed, and more than 20 others were damaged. No information about casualties has been reported so far. The final consequences of the attack are still being clarified.
