Representatives of the OSCE SMM recorded shell craters near the kindergarten in Pervomaisk, Luhansk region. It was stated by First Deputy Head of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine Alexander Hug today at the briefing in Kiev, - reports the correspondent of Kiev.
"On Sunday, in Pervomaisk which is controlled by the government, they (OSCE SMM – Ed.) sawcraters from shells of 12 mm mortars, one of the craters was 4 meters away from a kindergarten and near the playground. Children were not affected because they were on summer vacation," - said Hug
However, according to him, a worker who was nearby died because of shelling. "Our observers saw his bloodied body in the rubble of the roof which collapsed.
As previously reported, militants fired 36 times at the position of the forces of the Antiterrorist Operation per day on June 7th.
