Russian forces conducted two strikes on the city center of Sloviansk during the night of October 17. This information was conveyed by the head of the military administration, Vadym Lyakh, in a video address.
"During the night, there were two strikes in the city center, on Svoboda Street. One of the missiles struck the dormitory of the Luhansk Agrarian University. Fortunately, there were no casualties", - the official said.
Emergency services are currently on the scene.
