The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has published a partial list of actions by partner countries to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces as a result of 16th Ramstein-format meeting on Ukraine's defence. This information is available on the official social media page of the defense department as of October 11th.

Specifically, Ukraine will receive:

From the United States: $200 million; the new aid package will include air defense ammunition, artillery ammunition and missiles, the reinforcement of aviation equipment, and anti-tank weapons.

From the United Kingdom: 115 million euros - a comprehensive aid package for financing demining and equipment maintenance.

From Denmark: the transfer of F-16s in early 2024.

From Finland: a new aid package of 95 million euros.

From Canada: $25 million for warm uniforms for military personnel and preparation for the winter campaign.

From Belgium: training of F-16 pilots and mission planners, with two Belgian companies (Sabena Engineering and Patria Bec) providing significant technical support to the F-16 fleet. Belgium will again host a group of Ukrainian technical specialists for training. Starting in 2025, Belgium will provide Ukraine with F-16 fighters.

From Norway: $18.5 million for demining.

From Spain: additional air defense systems, warm clothing for soldiers, generators for winter preparedness, and 1.5 million euros for humanitarian demining.

From Germany: reinforcement of the Ukrainian system with additional missiles and tanks.

From Bulgaria: a memorandum of understanding signed between the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Bulgaria. The memorandum defines, but does not limit, the main directions of further cooperation between the two countries in the defense sphere. It includes cooperation in the fields of cyber security, strategic communications, and the provision of material and technical assistance. Bulgaria will assist with language courses for F-16 pilots.

From Lithuania: 2 NASAMS air defense missile systems, 155mm caliber artillery ammunition, and, for the winter campaign, generators, military field beds, and warm uniforms.

As previously reported, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense announced a meeting at the headquarters of the North Atlantic Alliance on October 11th, in which Ukraine participated as an equal player, not a guest.
