Rashists carried out 18 strikes on the Donetsk oblastand injured two people in a 24-hour period. This was reported by the Department of Communications of the Donetsk Oblast Police on September 8.
"Using artillery, tanks, and Grad rocket launchers, russians targeted Avdiivka, injuring a civilian. As a result of the shelling, a police building was damaged. A civilian was injured in Ivanivske village of Bakhmut territorial community, due to artillery shelling", - the police reported.
In total, according to the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Donetsk oblast, 21 civilian objects were damaged, including 18 residential buildings, an enterprise, a police station, and a power transmission line. The towns of Avdiivka, Kostiantynivka, Toretsk, Kurdiumivka, Shcherbynivka, and the villages of Ivanivske, Klishchiivka, Novoselivka Persha, Novoukrainka, Soloviove, and Shakhtarske were under fire.
The police noted that the occupiers targeted the civilian population with the S-300 and the Uragan multiple rocket launcher systems, Grad rocket launchers, artillery and tanks.
