President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has arrived to the Luhansk oblast on a working trip. This is said in the message on the website of the head of state.
"President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived to the Luhansk oblast on a working trip. The head of state will meet with the military personnel who are on the front lines", - the presidential press service reports.
