The "DNR" leader Denis Pushilin has stated the impossibility of exchanging prisoners and establishing a ceasefire in the Donbass, - separatist media report.

The representative of the occupation administration motivates his refusal to implement the agreements reached at the Normandy Four summit with the fact that Ukraine allegedly "distorted" the text of the communique signed there.

"We state that neither the exchange of prisoners, nor the next truce, or other decisions of the Normandy Four can be implemented until Ukraine officially publishes the correct text of the communique of the Normandy Four without distortions and inconsistent inserts", - the "DNR" leader stated.

According to him, "the intentionally distorted text of the summit's communique is currently published on the website of the president of Ukraine".

According to his version, "the parties agreed that they will discuss all legal aspects of the special status of Donbass", which was recorded in the final document.

According to the statement, the Ukrainian version says that the parties agreed to discuss "all legal aspects of the Law on the special status".

"They thereby limit the concept of special status to one law. This should be a broad range of laws and agreements. Including amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine", - the puppet ruler of the occupied Donbass insists.
