The European Union has extended sanctions against 150 citizens and 38 companies of the Russian Federation. This is said in the official statement of the EU Council, - LIGA.net reports.

"The Council extended restrictive measures for actions that undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine for another six months, until September 15, 2018. The measures include assets' freezing and travel restrictions", - the statement said.

The corresponding entry in the official EU journal will appear tomorrow, on March 13.
