Pro-Russian militants of the "DNR" banned school principals from providing information on the functioning of educational institutions to the observers of the OSCE Mission. This is stated in the report of the OSCE SMM.
It is noted that on October 9, the head of the school in the occupied area of the Donetsk oblast informed the observers that according to the received orders, he "is further prohibited from providing the Mission with information on issues related to the school's work and that the SMM should contact only the “DNR” members, located in another village".
