If Zelensky wants to make a deal, that will be very nice”, - U.S. President Donald Trump told reporters at the White House after his special envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner returned from a diplomatic trip to moscow and Kyiv.
The American president added that, in his opinion, the leaders of russia and Ukraine share a mutual “tiredness of fighting”.
Shortly earlier, commenting to Fox News on the results of his envoys’ trip, Trump said: “I think we’re close to a deal. Yes, Ukraine has to agree”.
