“In the morning, the enemy struck a passenger train on the ‘Kyiv — Sumy’ route with drones next to the city of Sumy”, - the State Emergency Service of Ukraine said.
It is noted that the passengers left the train in time before the attack. Rescuers promptly arrived at the scene and extinguished the fire.
At the same time, the evacuation of passengers was organized. Two buses from the State Emergency Service and two more buses from local authorities were used to transport people. Overall, joint efforts made it possible to evacuate 90 passengers.
