“Finland has joined the agreement to launch a Special Tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine”, - the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reported on April 23, citing Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha.

He noted that Finland has become the 21st state to officially join the Tribunal.

“We expect this number to continue to grow. All states are invited, not only European ones. Which part of the world you are from does not matter when it comes to the universal value of respect for international law and the need to ensure justice. The agreement will be put to a vote in a few weeks in Chișinău, Moldova, at a meeting of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe. The Special Tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine is a historic initiative. Join in making it a reality”, - the minister said.
