NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg is convening a meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Council on January 10th at the ambassadorial level at the request of the Ukrainian side following recent russian air attacks. This was announced on social media X by NATO spokesperson Dylan White.
"Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg is convening a meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Council on Wednesday, January 10th, at the ambassadorial level at the request of Ukraine following recent Russian missile and drone attacks", - wrote White.
Previously it was reported that a group of European NATO member countries has reached an agreement to purchase up to 1000 Patriot missiles.
