The leader of the so-called "LNR", Leonid Pasechnik, confirmed the successful attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the oil depot in the occupied city of Luhansk on the night of May 8.
"The night strike on the oil depot in Luhansk was presumably carried out with missiles of the western model ATACMS", - he wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to him, as a result of the missile strike on the oil depot, a strong fire broke out, and power lines and a high-pressure gas pipeline were damaged.
"All emergency services units in Luhansk are involved in extinguishing the fire", - admitted the leader of the "LNR", acknowledging the scale of the consequences of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' attack.
As reported earlier, a strong explosion was heard in the occupied city of Luhansk on the night of May 8. Afterward, a significant fire broke out.
