On the night of January 1, the russians attacked Lviv and the Lviv oblast with Shahed drones. This information was reported by the mayor of Lviv, Andriy Sadovyi, and the chairman of the Oblast Military Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi, on Telegram.
"Explosions in Lviv! Fragments of an enemy drone hit a civilian object. Firefighters are already on the scene... Also, the fall of Shahed fragments in Dubliany was recorded. The roof of the dormitory is on fire. Firefighters are working on the scene. There is no information about casualties yet", - reported Sadovyi.
He stated that on January 1, "on the birthday of Stepan Bandera, the muscovites completely destroyed the museum of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army general-hetman Roman Shukhevych in Bilohorshcha".
"In Dubliany: the fire at the university has been extinguished. No casualties. Tonight, the enemy hit two objects of national memory in Lviv: the university in Dubliany, where Stepan Bandera studied 100 years ago, and the museum of Roman Shukhevych. Symbolic and cynical. A war for our history", - Sadovyi wrote.
Maksym Kozytskyi reported that a fire occurred at the museum of Roman Shukhevych, presumably due to fragments of an enemy drone.
"Preliminary information suggests no casualties. They continue to extinguish the fire... The fall of UAV fragments in Dubliany was recorded. The roof of the dormitory is on fire. Firefighters are working on the scene", - said the chairman of the OMA.
