In Kyiv, the building of the Lukianivska metro station has been damaged as a result of a rocket attack. This was reported by the mayor of the capital, Vitaliy Klychko.
"The building of the Lukianivska metro station is damaged by an explosion. The station is functioning as a shelter. Trains pass through the station without stopping", - he said.
In addition, according to him, as a result of the rocket attack on Kyiv, there are known cases of 5 people being injured.
"In the Podilskyi district, medics provided assistance to two men on-site. One injured person was hospitalized in the Sviatoshynskyi district, and two others in the Shevchenkivskyi district", - he said.
As reported earlier, Kyiv was under rocket shelling, with a residential high-rise building on fire and people injured.
