The United States will not allow russia to achieve victory in the war in Ukraine, as reported by the Associated Press, citing the new Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mike Johnson, on October 27.
"We cannot allow vladimir putin to win in Ukraine because I don't believe he will stop there", - Johnson stated.
However, he added that providing assistance to Ukraine will require greater accountability for the funds already spent.
