"The explosion occurred on October 23 at around 9 p.m. near a house on Michurin Street. According to preliminary information, a bomb was planted under the driver's seat of the car, which the military personnel was driving", - the report states.
The driver succumbed to the injuries on the scene.
Russian media reports that a criminal case has been initiated for the act of terrorism and the possession of explosive materials.
