Against the background of military successes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, mass desertion is noted in the enemy troops. This is reported by the AFU General Staff.
"In view of this, the russian deputy commanders for political work are actively carrying out explanatory work to prevent desertion among russian military personnel. They are trying to bring the articles of the criminal code on punishment to the invaders. In particular, all the invaders are being frighten that russian servicemen, who since 2017 have been in the status of those who left the military unit without permission, were sentenced to 4-12 years in prison", - the report says.
As reported, the occupiers in the Luhansk oblast daily catch up to 50 deserters.
