Biden mentioned rape, which he says is being used by the russian occupiers as a weapon of war, as well as russian attempts to steal Ukraine’s future by taking out children.

He recalled that putin "still doubts the convictions" of the West. However, Ukraine’s Western allies "won't hesitate" and, Biden stressed, "won’t get tired".
Biden also stressed that Article 5 of the North Atlantic Treaty, which states that an attack on one of the countries is tantamount to an attack on all, is unshakable, it is a "sacred oath"
