The russian federation acknowledged the death in Ukraine of Major General Dmitry Ulyanov. This is said in the message of one of the local Telegram channels of the city of Ivanovo.
It is noted that he died on the night of February 6. Before participating in the war of conquest against Ukraine, Ulyanov was the commander of the 98th Airborne Division, Guards Major General. In 2017, he retired, and after the russian armed forces invaded Ukraine, he led a regiment of mobilized motorized riflemen from Tatarstan.
