First deputy head of the Ukrainian delegation to the TCG Vitold Fokin is ready to negotiate with the "DNR/LNR" leaders in case of receiving a relevant command from the Ukrainian leadership. He stated this in an interview with Segodnya.
According to him, head of the delegation Leonid Kravchuk supports the idea of visiting the occupied territories. "Moreover, if there are specific guarantees of security, he is ready to go to the Donbass with me to", - V. Fokin reported.
He stressed that he does not know the position of Volodymyr Zelensky, since he did not meet with him.
Answering the question whether he is ready to conduct direct negotiations with the "DNR/LNR" leaders during his trip to the uncontrolled part of Donbass, Vitold Fokin answered in the affirmative on condition of the command received from above.
"If there is a corresponding order from the President or the Verkhovna Rada, I am ready to cooperate", - he assured.
