"Volodymyr Zelensky clearly outlined the position on the inadmissibility of solving the problem of the occupied territories via military means and the need to achieve peace in eastern Ukraine via political and diplomatic methods", - the report said.
It is noted that Secretary of the NSDC Oleksiy Danilov expressed confidence that Ukraine would be able to return the temporarily occupied territories and cease hostilities with the support of international partners.
"Five scenarios for the reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories of Donbass were approved at the meeting. As part of the discussion of scenarios and the study of details, the Head of the Ukrainian state instructed Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Ruslan Khomchak to visit the territory of the Joint Forces Operation in the near future", - the report said.
It was decided that a meeting of the NSDC would be held under the chairmanship of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky before the Normandy format meeting, - the report said.
As previously reported, Secretary of the NSDC Oleksiy Danilov stated now there are five scenarios for the reintegration of occupied parts of the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts.
