Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov has stated that now there are five scenarios for the reintegration of occupied parts of the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. He said this during a panel discussion "Ceasefire and troops withdrawal in Donbass: security issues and humanitarian aspects", - Ukrinform reports.

"We should clearly understand what and how to do. There are 5 scenarios in the Security and Defense Council of how we should do the reintegration of Donbass", - Danilov stated, adding that he could not name these scenarios, but assured that work in this direction lasts from the first day.

Danilov also emphasized that the NSDC analyzes not only processes that occur inside the country, but also what is happening from the outside, therefore, proposals to the president are prepared taking into account the large amounts of data from the intelligence agencies and international partners that the NSDC has.

Danilov called the return of prisoners, ceasefire along the entire front line, returning a section of the Russian-Ukrainian border to Ukraine's control and holding elections in the temporarily occupied parts of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts in accordance with Ukrainian law among the priorities.

He also noted that the humanitarian focus is a priority for the government today, because a certain part of the citizens of Ukraine appeared to be in occupation.

"We should give the opportunity to cross the lines of collision, in fact, this is the front line, in a human way… Our task is to make as many points as possible (entry/exit checkpoints - ed.), so that citizens of Ukraine can move freely", - Danilov stressed.

Answering a question about the possibility of troops withdrawal along the entire line of collision, the NSDC secretary reported: "I want to say - yes, we are for the disengagement. But it should be in our interests. This disengagement should guarantee to us that the negative consequences of this disengagement will be zero. If this does not happen, there will be no disengagement".

He also recalled that there are technological issues, and the Ukrainian party is not ready for disengagement in all sections.
