The mayor of Druzhkovka Valery Gnatenko took an active part in the organization of illegal "referendum" and collaborated with the occupying forces in Druzhkovka two years ago sued local activist and volunteer Irina Kirikova - reported Vchasno IA.

But the mayor of Druzhkovka Valery Gnatenko sued the activist, considering that she allegedly encroached on his honour and dignity,"- said the statement.
"I knew that it would happen, because this I was always against the mayor, who openly supported the occupation regime in the city and organized the so-called referendum, - told reporters Irina Kirikova. - When our city was occupied, Gnatenko collaborated with the regime of the "DPR", there was a commandant's office in the courtyard of the City Council, where they crippled people. At that time he built a little Mezhyhirya in the park zone of Druzhkovka. I talked about this and I will talk".
Involvement of Gnatenko in the occupation regime and evidence of his anti-Ukrainian views are recorded in photos and video, - said the website. According to Irina, several court proceedings have been already opened against Gnatenko, including under the article of separatism.
Today there will be the first court session where the scandal mayor will oppose the local activist in Druzhkovka.
