This was reported on June 25 by the Telegram channel “Diia”.
“Due to russia’s criminal aggression, millions of Ukrainians were forced to leave their homes. Some of them are still in the occupied territories. The terrorist state must pay for the suffering of every Ukrainian man and woman. That’s why a new category has appeared in the international Register of Damages — A3.6 ‘Loss of access and control over real estate in the temporarily occupied territories (TOT)’”, - the statement reads.
It is noted that applications can be submitted by owners or co-owners of property in the TOT. If there are several co-owners, each submits an application separately.
To submit an application, fill out the form on the “Diia” portal via the provided link.
“Each submission is real proof of russia’s crimes against Ukrainians. And one more step toward reparations and the restoration of justice”, - the message emphasizes.
