One person was killed, and at least 10 others, including a child, were injured following a russian attack on Odesa on the evening of November 14, as reported by Ukraine’s Ministry of Internal Affairs on the morning of November 15.

“The enemy struck the city center with missiles and drones. A church, residential buildings, a store, garages, a major heating pipeline, and vehicles were damaged. Windows in buildings were shattered, and balconies and roofs caught fire. All emergency services are working on-site”m - the statement said.

Mayor of Odesa, Hennadiy Trukhanov, wrote on Telegram: “A 35-year-old woman who was sleeping near a window died as a result of the attack. My deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased”.

“I once again urge residents to respond to air raid alerts and stay in safe locations”, - the mayor emphasized.

“We are currently working to restore the damaged pipeline in several places. Over 40,000 people, along with medical and social facilities, are left without heating. Hospitals are using generators and heaters. We aim to complete repairs by 8 a.m., after which we will begin restoring heat supply to the system”, - Trukhanov added.
