Secretary of the russian Security Council, Nikolai Patrushev, once again baselessly accused Ukraine of involvement in the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall near moscow. Russian media report his statement at a security meeting in the Northwestern Federal District.

"During the investigation, the direct perpetrators of this terrorist attack were confirmed to be linked to Ukrainian nationalists", - Patrushev stated without providing any specifics.

As previously reported, the Tajikistani citizens detained on suspicion of committing the terrorist act at the Crocus City Hall near moscow were subjected to torture from the very beginning. There is no evidence linking them to Ukraine other than their alleged testimonies, as well as the unsubstantiated statements from putin and leaders of security forces under his control claiming that the militants were "moving towards the border with Ukraine".
