Draft boards are being established in the occupied part of the Donetsk oblast to ensure conscription into the russian army. This is stated in the "decree" of the head of the "DNR", Denis Pushilin.

It is noted that men up to the age of 30 will be drafted into the russian army. For this purpose, local draft boards will be formed in each city and district.

The "decree" notes that "heads of administrations, so-called 'municipal districts', are recommended to 'assist the military commissariats' and 'take personal control over the fulfillment of the mandatory task of conscripting citizens for military service'". They are also tasked with organizing efforts to search for "citizens who do not fulfill their military duty" and weekly reporting on the results of these search activities.
