The so-called "head of the administration" of the occupied Donetsk, Alexei Kulemzin, warned "dear residents and guests" on his Telegram channel on March 26 that all boilers and elevators throughout the city will be shut down.

"Dear residents and guests of the city! All boilers and elevators throughout the city will be shut down, and there may be a water outage due to voltage drops across the entire republic", - the "mayor" stated.

Referring to the enterprise "Donelektroavtotrans", Kulemzin also announced that tram route No. 5 "has been suspended due to a shortage of drivers", and trolleybus routes No. 2, 4, 11, 12, and 17 "are not operational due to lack of power".

Kulemzin did not provide any information on when the situation in the city might improve, even slightly.
