According to Alexander Khodakovsky, a former officer of the SBU who currently holds a commanding position in the russian National Guard, up to ten thousand migrants from the republics of Central Asia and the Caucasus who have arrived in russia could pose a terrorist threat. He made this statement on his Telegram channel while commenting on the high-profile case of the terrorist attack in the Krokus mall.
"Of course, we are mainly dealing with normal people who are not prone to violence. Let's assume that there is only one monster per thousand people – is that an acceptable ratio?" - the traitor pondered.

Earlier, Khodakovsky acknowledged tension in interethnic relations in the occupied Donbas. "We also have a lot of ethnic factors in Donbas now. They behave provocatively... They can strike", - he said.
