The "law" outlining the procedure for identifying and confiscating so-called "ownerless" property has come into force in the "DNR". This is reported by "official" resources of the occupying authorities.

It is noted that the scope of the "law" "applies to residential premises in the form of residential buildings, apartments, and rooms".

The occupiers have determined that signs of "ownerlessness" include "failure to pay for housing and communal services for one year, absence of information on registered property rights to residential premises in the Unified State Register of Real Estate, as well as the absence of residents who own an apartment in a multi-apartment building".

Reports of "ownerlessness" can be made by both "state" and "municipal" organizations, as well as private individuals.
