The enemy targeted critical infrastructure objects in the Khmelnytskyi and Ivano-Frankivsk oblasts on the morning of March 22, resulting in casualties in Khmelnytskyi. This was reported by Svitlana Onyshchuk, the head of the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast Military Administration, and Oleksandr Simchyshyn, the mayor of Khmelnytskyi, in their Telegram channels.

The Khmelnytskyi Oblast Military Administration requested maintaining informational silence.

"There were explosions heard even in the Prykarpattia. The enemy attacked our region with drones and missiles. There have been hits on critical infrastructure objects. According to preliminary information, one person was injured. There is damage. Currently, there are no disruptions in electricity supply in the oblast", - Onyshchuk wrote.

Rescue teams from the State Emergency Service are working at the site of the attack.
