The Netherlands announced the allocation of a new package of military assistance to Ukraine totaling 350 million euros. This was stated by the Minister of Defense of the Netherlands, Kajsa Ollongren, who is currently visiting Kyiv, according to RBC-Ukraine.

According to her, the country will procure ammunition for F-16 aircraft, which Ukraine is expected to receive this year. 150 million euros will be allocated for this purpose, and the ammunition will be purchased directly from the industry.

Additionally, the Netherlands have signed a contract for new reconnaissance drones worth around 200 million euros together with partner countries.

It was previously announced that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting with the Minister of Defense of the Netherlands, Kajsa Ollongren.

As reported earlier, ammunition, air defense systems, F-16 fighters, and drones became priority topics during the anniversary meeting of the Contact Group on Defense Issues for Ukraine.
