During the night of March 18, russia launched a missile strike on the fire department of a border village in the Kharkiv oblast, resulting in injuries. This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in their Telegram channel.
As a result of the strike, the fire department building sustained damage (windows, doors, gates were knocked out, the roof and facade were damaged). Additionally, four firefighting vehicles were damaged.
"There were 11 rescuers on duty at the fire station, one of whom suffered a hand injury. This was a local firefighter and driver. Medical assistance was provided to him on-site", - the State Emergency Service reported.
