Over the course of a day, russian forces shelled populated areas in the Donetsk oblast 15 times, resulting in injuries to two residents and significant destruction. This was reported by Vadym Filashkin, the head of the Donetsk Oblast State Administration, on March 18.
Specifically, in Krasnohorivka, a two-story building was destroyed by an airstrike.
In Hirniak, of the Kurakhove community, three five-story buildings were damaged.
In Myrnohrad, two people were injured.
In the Kramatorsk district, the outskirts of the Lyman and Kostiantynivka communities were subjected to numerous shelling incidents without casualties.
In the Bakhmut district, within the Chasiv Yar community, four multi-story buildings were damaged.
In Serebrianka of the Siversk community, a house was damaged. In the Zvanivska community, Pereizdne and Verkhnoikamianske were shelled, and in the Soledar community, Rozdolivka and Fedorivka were targeted.
Filashkin also reported that 716 more people, including 68 children, were evacuated from the frontline during the day.
