The so-called "LNR’s electoral commission" has designated polling stations for voters without registration by place of residence, allowing them to "vote" in the pseudo-elections for the president of the russian federation without registration. This was reported by the head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, Artem Lysohor, on March 15 via Telegram.
According to him, the list of "polling stations" for unregistered voters has not been made public, and it can only be obtained by calling the "hotline".
"By the way, previously only individuals who had documented their registration in the territory of the so-called 'LNR' were supposed to participate in the voting. From today, everything and everyone can participate", - Lysohor noted.
