The Russian Volunteer Corps (RVC) has once again called on residents of the Kursk and Belgorod oblasts of the russian federation to evacuate immediately. The corresponding video was posted in the corps' Telegram channel.
"We are once again addressing the residents of the Kursk and Belgorod oblasts! Your authorities have taken no measures for your protection or evacuation, while the shelling of peaceful cities and villages in Ukraine continues unabated! We are forced to return fire on military targets in border regions! Evacuate immediately!", - the video appeal says
