The majority of residents in the occupied and ravaged city of Avdiivka, which has been overtaken by the russians, do not want to leave their city. This was reported by the leader of the "DNR", Denis Pushilin, in a comment to a russian propaganda channel.

According to him, residents who remained in Avdiivka were given the opportunity to evacuate, but most of them do not want to leave.

"There is indeed a need for close attention there because people have many issues, and at the same time, they do not want to leave. In the majority of cases, they do not want to. They are provided with such an opportunity — to move to temporary accommodation points, for example, to take a break from the situation they were in. But nevertheless, they still insist [on staying in the city]", - Pushilin said.

Occupying authorities do not disclose how many residents remained in Avdiivka after its barbaric "liberation" by the russian armed forces.
